Here are some photos at the end of demolition in our new remodeling project in Upper Arlington.  We are extensively renovating the entire house.  These photos show much of the interior removed.

Taliesin Construction along with Damon Baker Design was awarded the Chairman's Award for historical preservation in German Village.  This prestigious award is given out once a year in recognition of an outstanding contribution to the historic, architectural, or aesthetic character of German Village and to the community’s quality of life.

The framing is nearly complete on the inside of our project on Exmoor Road in Upper Arlington. Most of the rough electrical has also been installed.

The addition has been excavated and the footer has been poured. Concrete blocks will make up the walls of the heated crawl space. This is our second large project running concurrently in Upper Arlington located on 2801 Exmoor Road.  The entire house is also being renovated!

The Framing on our second project in Upper Arlington on 2801 Exmoor is well under way.  All of the interior walls have been reconfigured.  The front of the house will utilize large doors and windows to allow the inside and outside to become less distinct.

The framing is nearing completion and most of the exterior doors and windows in the new structure have been installed.
Taliesin has just started a large renovation of a house in the heart of German Village at 689 South Third Street.  The existing house is being extensively remodeled.  A garage and an addition are also being built on the rear of the property. Damon Baker Design is doing the architectural design and space planning for the project.
